Yes. You can import your units and member records from a spreadsheet. If you have a larger community or more history to bring over, contact us and we will help you plan the import.

Basic setup (community profile, unit listing, and member invitations) can be done in one sitting. How long a full import takes depends on how much history you bring over.

The interface is in English. Niti, the AI assistant, can reply in Filipino, and community announcements can be posted in any language.

Yes. Freemium is free to start and covers records only. Community is ₱3,299/month flat, and Enterprise is on custom terms. Contact us to start on Community.

Yes. KOMUNITI integrates with GCash, Maya, and credit card payment processors so homeowners can pay their dues directly through the platform. Payments are automatically recorded and matched to the correct unit and billing period.

Homeowners submit maintenance requests through the app with descriptions and photos. Requests are automatically categorized and prioritized. Management can assign requests to staff or vendors, track progress, and close them when resolved. Homeowners receive status updates throughout the process.

Yes. KOMUNITI generates comprehensive financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, accounts receivable aging, and reserve fund analysis. Books of accounts can be downloaded as CSV for board meetings and filings.

KOMUNITI includes a complete violation management workflow: documentation with photos, automated notifications at each stage (courtesy notice, formal warning, hearing, enforcement), and full case history tracking for consistent and fair enforcement.

KOMUNITI includes Niti, an AI assistant for HOA boards, plus announcement drafting, meeting minute summarization, and delinquency tracking.

KOMUNITI provides meeting management tools including agenda creation, document sharing, proxy management, and voting. While it does not host video calls directly, it integrates with your preferred video conferencing platform and handles all the governance aspects (quorum tracking, vote recording, minute generation).

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3, default on Vercel edge) and at rest (AES-256, default on Supabase Postgres). Row-Level Security (RLS) is enforced on every tenant-scoped table — the database will refuse queries that do not match the caller’s community_id. Admin MFA uses TOTP with hashed backup codes (Migration 037). Every privileged action is hash-chained into soc2_audit_trail (Migration 040) so an auditor can detect any after-the-fact tampering. We do not currently hold SOC 2 Type II attestation and we do not claim one.

Access is controlled through role-based permissions. Board members with the treasurer or admin role can access full financial data. Regular homeowners can view their own payment history, community financial summaries, and published reports — never raw financial data or other homeowners' individual records.

Yes. You own your data. You can export your community's records as a JSON download at any time.

KOMUNITI is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means it works like a native app on any smartphone or tablet without requiring installation from an app store. Simply visit the site on your phone and add it to your home screen for a full app experience.

Core features like viewing cached announcements, member directories, and community documents work offline through PWA caching. Payment processing and real-time features require an internet connection.

KOMUNITI supports all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest two versions). On mobile, it works with Chrome for Android, Safari for iOS, and Samsung Internet. We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience.
